1. What the service does
GetVideoStudio provides AI-assisted video generation from text prompts with optional image, video, and audio references.
2. Your responsibilities
Only upload or describe material that you created yourself or are authorized to use. You are responsible for checking whether your prompts, references, and published outputs comply with copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and other applicable rights.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for non-consensual impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, harassment, hateful or exploitative material, illegal sexual content, scams, spam, or attempts to bypass safety checks.
4. Safety enforcement
Requests may be blocked, rewritten, rate-limited, or reviewed if they appear risky or abusive. Access may be suspended for repeated or serious violations.
5. Ownership and publication
You remain responsible for deciding whether generated output is safe, lawful, and appropriate to publish. A successful generation does not automatically grant you trademark, likeness, or commercial usage rights.
6. Plans, limits, and availability
Usage limits depend on the plan you purchase. Service availability, generation speed, and model behavior can change as the product evolves.
7. Billing and refunds
Billing is handled through Paddle. Refund requests follow the policy published on the refunds page.
