We may process text prompts, uploaded reference media, account details you enter, support messages, and billing-related information tied to your purchase.
2. Why information is used
Information is used to run video generation, provide account features, answer support requests, process refunds, and reduce fraud or abuse.
3. Media handling
Reference images, videos, and audio are handled to complete the generation workflow you requested. They are not published publicly by default. Generated history may also be cached in your own browser for convenience.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through Paddle. This site does not need to store full card numbers directly.
5. Safety and abuse review
Limited operational data may be reviewed when needed to investigate fraud, abuse reports, impersonation complaints, or copyright issues.
