You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
2. How to request one
Email sapsap@qq.com with the purchase email, the approximate order time, and the reason if you want to share it. Manual review helps match the order quickly, but a detailed explanation is not required.
3. Payment return path
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Paddle and may take several business days to appear, depending on the provider.
4. Subscription cancellations
You can cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. If the original purchase is still inside the 14-day window, you can also request a refund.
