Trust & Safety
This page explains what GetVideoStudio is for, what should not be generated, and how we think about copyright, likeness, and abuse reports.
Intended use
- • Product demos, feature explainers, marketing clips, tutorials, and storyboard-style concepts.
- • Images, videos, and audio that you created yourself or are authorized to use.
- • Internal concepting, campaign tests, and preview clips before public release.
What is not allowed
- • Non-consensual impersonation of real people, deceptive deepfakes, or fabricated statements presented as real.
- • Uploads or prompts that infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
- • Harassment, hate, exploitative material, extreme violence, illegal sexual content, or other unlawful use.
- • Scams, spam, misleading promotions, or attempts to bypass the app's safety checks.
Copyright, trademark, and likeness expectations
Upload only material you created yourself or are authorized to use. A successful generation does not automatically grant publication, commercial, trademark, or likeness rights.
Safety handling
- • Prompts may go through automated safety checks before generation, but those checks are not legal advice and are not perfect.
- • Requests that look clearly high risk may be refused, rewritten, or rate-limited.
- • Reasonable reports about infringement, impersonation, or abuse may trigger additional review of the related request or account.
Reports and contact
